How to Use the Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
The Online Learning Agreement (OLA) is the official digital document used by Erasmus+ students to define, approve and manage their study plan abroad — fully online and easy to track.

Before You Begin
- EU Login (Erasmus+ account)
- Home university email
- Information from your Erasmus coordinator
- List of planned courses

Accessing the Platform
Log in to the OLA portal using your Academic ID, open My Learning Agreements and select Create new.

Student Information
- Personal data
- Sending institution (home university + contacts)
- Receiving institution (host university + contacts)
💡 Make sure coordinator email addresses are correct.

Adding Courses
- Table A – host university courses
- Table B – recognized courses at home
- Table C – virtual component (if needed)
Include course name, code, ECTS and syllabus link.

ECTS Guidelines
- 30 ECTS per semester
- 60 ECTS per academic year
- Match credits as closely as possible

Signing & Approval
- Click Sign
- Sent automatically to coordinators
- Status: Pending / Sent back / Signed

Changes During Mobility
- Use Apply changes
- Add or delete courses
- Sign again and resend
⏳ Changes are usually allowed only in the first weeks.

After Mobility
Your Transcript of Records will be issued by the host university and recognized by your home institution based on the OLA.
